why is it that i am the one someone always calls when they dont wanna work?? "i'm sick... can you work for me please???" ugh. it's my day off. NO!!!!!! oh and here's the kicker -- i said that i would NOT and what happens?? i get a voicemail from work saying i was supposed to be there a half hour ago when i wasnt even home!


and have you ever noticed that old people like to tell the same story over and over? i mean it's understandable if it's one of those traditional "back in my day..." but i dont wanna hear the story about how you were in the garage having a smoke and all of a sudden the light went out (garage door light) and how you couldnt find the light switch so ya had to find your way around by the amber of your cigarette... FOUR TIMES within a two hour time span!! granted, the she told it to a total of eight different people in groups of two but come on!!!!!

oh well. go figure.
